Deine Aufgaben:
  • Design, implement, and adapt a strategy for supply partnerships of ground transportation services for the region, working towards our financial and operational goals.
  • Manage, negotiate, and improve the resulting supply costs, quality metrics, and supply availability within region, and translate those metrics and KPIs into actions.
  • Building partnerships to make Blacklane suppliers’ first choice, understanding their needs and aligning this goal within your team.
  • Lead and plan roadshows, include guiding team members on content and structure of roadshows.
  • Develop and document a detailed record of supply characteristics, challenges, and events in the region.
  • Oversee operational processes and drive improvements within team, collaborating with Strategy, Planning & Analytics and the  Process, Product, Proposition, and Quality Managers across the organisation to address opportunities and challenges.
  • Manage, develop, coach, and attract a team of Affiliate Managers of various levels of experience who are responsible for the results their business districts.

Dein Profil:
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, and will effectively champion customer needs. Able to network and build trusting relationships quickly with partners and Blacklane staff.
  • Strong negotiator able to quickly develop win-win scenarios for Blacklane and our partners.
  • Detail-oriented team player with a collaborative and proactive working style.
  • Professional and friendly, confident in developing relationships over the phone, experienced in cold-calling.
  • Able to absorb information quickly and to share this knowledge with others.
  • Confident self-starter who’s passionate about their work, especially the travel and ground transportation industry. Prior experience in transportation or travel industries is a big plus.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English. Other languages are a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Apps, Tableau/Strategy, Planning & Analytics tools, Salesforce.
  • Excited to motivate and mentor your team and exemplify Blacklane’s core values.
